30 Day Returns Policy

• You can cancel your order at any time before delivery or up to 30 days after delivery.
• Just email us at customerservice@onlinecelticjewelry.com and let us know your order number and that you want to cancel.
• We will then contact you to advise you how to return your products to us.
• Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we can never accept earrings for return after they have been shipped to you.
• Products that have been engraved, customised, or personalised in any way at your request cannot be cancelled or returned to us.
• Products that are made to order can be cancelled for free within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise they are subject to a 25% restocking fee if they are returned or cancelled at anytime. The product page for each product indicates if it is made to order under the "SHIPPING AND RETURNS" section.
